The 100 + POOL Challenge is a community fundraising event supporting + POOL’s free summer Bluefish Learn-to-Swim program, celebrating its 10th year in 2026!

Each team – made up of an individual or a group of swimmer(s) – commits to swim 100 laps (2500 yards) and raise $4000 as part of the overall $30,000 goal to fully fund the summer Bluefish program that removes barriers to swim access and creates opportunities for children who may otherwise never have the chance to learn critical life-saving skills in the water.

Ready, Set, Swim is a three-day event celebrating the joy of water safety and swimming.

Day 1, June 23: CitySplash! brings together New Yorkers of all swimming abilities to build community in the water

Day 2, June 24: #MyFirstSwimMeet gives a taste of competition to our Bluefish Learn-to-Swim participants 

Day 3, June 25: 100 + Pool is a fundraiser for the summer Bluefish-Learn-to-Swim program
