#MyFirstSwimMeet is a swim meet for graduates of + POOL’s Bluefish Learn-to-Swim Program who have been continuing lessons with + POOL instructors over the past year. For each participant, this event marks an exciting milestone: their very first swim meet experience!

Events will include “swim your best stroke”, team relays, kickboarding races, and coaches races. We will also have an event challenge where swimmers will get their first times for 25- and 50-yard freestyle. All additional races will be untimed to foster team-building, focus on skill development, build confidence in the water, and celebrate their swim journey. 

At its heart, #MyFirstSwimMeet is a celebration of how far these swimmers have come — from first entering the water to confidently participating in a swim meet surrounded by teammates, coaches, friends, and family.
