Complete Site Feasibility Report and Matrix

After a summer of testing water quality; conducting sizing studies, analyzing the river depths, currents & flood predictions; and hosting workshops with our engineers to see if we can problem solve around specific technical issues, we were able to identify where exactly + POOL fits at the sites we studied.

We put together a matrix that outlined the surface area, water depths, current speeds, access, and other crucial items to review with our board and the site stakeholders.

This by no means meant that we were done with our site selection phase, but it meant that the site was no longer up to us — it was time to hunker down and dive deep into negotiations, conversations and partnership agreements with the viable sites.
