We had a blast at the 2023 Earth Day Festival!

We loved bringing + POOL conservation and science-themed fun to Earth Day Initiative’s 2023 Earth Day Festival, where we joined other community-based organizations  and nonprofits in the environmental space. It was a beautiful afternoon sharing ideas for a better earth and meeting members of our community. 

Kids especially enjoyed our creative outlets in coloring and play; and testing different filtering materials and methods through our water filtration experiment, which helps demonstrate how we used the scientific method to design and develop + POOL! 

Other highlights included virtual messages from celebrities Bill Nye, Rainn Wilson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and + POOL Supporter Alysia Reiner. There was also a live performance by Hila the Earth!
