As a part of The Howard Hughes Corporation’s sponsorship, they’ve supported a host of + POOL projects and initiatives, including: an NEA-backed public art installation in the river called + POOL Light and our annual Riversweeps. In 2019, they gave us access to the river from Pier 17, allowing us to attach our Sonde and sensors to the pier to monitor water quality. They also are regular supporters of or fundraising events, which are critical to our continued operations, including our annual Summer Pool Party, our 2018 Fall Swim Gala at Pier 17, our 2019 Fall Swim Gala at THE POOL and our 2022 Fall Swim Gala at Manhatta.
