Friends of + POOL’s Annual Summer Pool Party raises funds to support our free public and educational programs including learn-to-swim, environmental education and water stewardship programs. This year the party is hosted by Stephanie Mehta, CEO and Fast Company.

When? July 21, 2024 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM 

We’re taking over Mr. Purple, the rooftop pool and lounge on the fifteenth floor of the Indigo Hotel on the Lower East Side, so grab your finest pool fashion and come join us as we enjoy live performances, DJ sets, an open bar of curated specialty cocktails and poolside bites.

Our Summer Silent Auction will also be taking place during the party! And trust us–it’s stacked with good stuff. Winning an auction item=supporting free swim lessons, environmental education, and the construction of our first-ever water-filtering pool in the East River. From unforgettable experiences to one-of-a-kind items, every bid brings us closer to reclaiming NYC’s rivers for all.
