We are kicking off our season of Monthly Laps programming with an amuse-bouche of our offerings for the season, an Oyster Tasting Experience on February 9, 2026 at 7pm in TriBeCa (address provided upon RSVP). During the 60-minute tasting, you’ll sample three different oyster varieties together with two specialty wine pairings, while learning from Oyster Sommelier Julie Qiu of In A Half Shell about how the environment and ecology affect the taste of each oyster variety.
