Friends of + POOL is sponsoring Learn to Swim classes for kids with little to no swimming ability who would otherwise not have the opportunity to learn how to swim. We believe that swimming provides lifelong opportunities for leadership, fitness, and a connection to one of our most valuable natural resources – the river! All participating kids receive free class tuition and swim gear, and a tile on the future + POOL. Kids will learn basic swimming skills, including: basic safety, body position, leg and arm movement, treading, floating, breathing, timing, and respect for the water.  For questions about the 2021 Bluefish Program, contact Hunter@pluspool.com.
