The + Pool and Modellus Novus teams have had the privilege of knowing each other personally and professionally for years, many since their early days studying architecture at Virginia Tech. Since then, they have worked together to connect like-minded architects, designers and other individuals throughout New York City, to help advance + Pool’s goal of making a new space for everyone. In addition to supporting nearly every fundraising effort since our founding, in Spring 2023, Modellus Novus hosted a gathering with new and old friends at the beautiful 64th floor cocktail bar Overstory – designed by MN – so we could update key supporters on the design and development of new policy that will change the way New Yorkers engage with the water that surrounds them.
