We beta-tested the + POOL Water Quality Dashboard

During City of Water Day, + POOL, its volunteers, and program partners at Reaktor took + POOL’s new Water Quality Dashboard to the streets before its full public launch.  We had a blast with kids and families demonstrating the technology to gain feedback from users to incorporate into a final design of the dashboard that considers user experiences. The dashboard includes scientific info about bacteria, dissolved oxygen, turbidity and other factors that effect water quality. Our scientist friends were on hand to answer questions about all the reasons these water quality parameters matter to us.
